How many games are at Resorts World Hudson Valley?
We have over 1,200 slot and electronic table game machines on 60,000 square feet of gaming floor. All slot machines and electronic table games are available for play.

What kind of electronic table games do you have?
We offer electronic Craps, Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Poker, Stadium “Pulse Arena” gaming, and much more!

Can I cash my NY Lottery Tickets here?
Yes, you can cash NYS Lotto at our Cashier! Monday – Saturday 10 am to 930 pm and Sunday 12 pm to 9:30 pm. Please note: If taxes are due, they will be taken out as per NYS policy. 

How can I check if you have my favorite slot machine?
Please visit the Slots Page where we update our slot list every time there are changes made on the casino floor!

What is the age requirement to play slot machines or electronic table games?
Guests under 18 years of age are not allowed at Resorts World Hudson Valley. Consumption of alcoholic beverages is limited to guests 21 and older.

Please bring a valid photo ID in the event you are asked to provide proof of your age.

What forms of ID are accepted for proof of age?
We accept non-expired Driver’s license or Passport.

Are there special offers for players?
Genting Rewards is our player’s club and membership is free with a valid photo ID.

I want to sign up for a players card, but Genting Rewards is closed.
You can still fully sign up at our Genting Rewards Card kiosks. Please be sure to carefully look over your information, as this is our only point of contact once your account is made. 

I lost my Genting Rewards Card.
Please visit Genting Rewards upon your next arrival and a team member will be happy to help. If Genting is closed at the time, you can visit one of our card printing machines to reprint your card.

How can I check my Genting Rewards points?
You can login to your account on the Resorts World App to check your points from home. When on property you can check your points at one of our kiosks or at your slot machine! 

Can I smoke inside the casino?
In compliance with New York State law, smoking is not permitted inside the gaming facility or any indoor area at Resorts World Hudson Valley.

Is there any food inside the casino?
Yes! We recently opened THE KITCHEN, an SC spot, with the one and only Scott Conant! Check out the menu here.

I lost something at your casino.
Lost items when found will be placed at either entrance podiums. One hour before the shift ends a Security Officer will pick up all lost and found items and bring them to command to be logged in the lost and found system. You can call 845-428-7450 ext.3143 and Security can check the computer if we have the item.
